Terms of Service

HEXA ("HEXA", "we", "us") operates a marketplace that connects local restaurants, cafes, bars and dessert shops with content creators. By using joinhexa.com or joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms.

Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access to the platform. We review every application and may approve, decline or remove any application at our discretion. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.

Queue position and referral rankings are provided as a courtesy. We may recalculate, correct or reset positions — including removing referrals we believe to be fraudulent, duplicated or self-generated.

When the marketplace is live, a restaurant publishes a campaign with a comp value and a brief. A creator who is approved visits the venue, pays or presents the redemption code as instructed, films content, and submits proof (a receipt and a link to the published post).

Reimbursement or comping applies only to what the campaign specifies. Creators are responsible for their own taxes and for any disclosure required by the FTC or the platform they post on. Creators keep ownership of their content and grant the participating restaurant and HEXA a non-exclusive licence to reshare it.

Failing to post within the agreed window, or submitting false proof, may result in a charge against an authorized hold, loss of trust tier, or removal from the platform.

Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice before your next renewal.

Don't misuse the platform: no fake accounts, scraping, reverse engineering, harassment, fabricated engagement, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee campaign results, reach, foot traffic or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEXA's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
